I was very pleased with the results I got from this tool! It really cleaned my pores perfectly. I can see how intimidating it can be at first, but it works very well if you use it properly and with a gentle hand. You definitely need to prep your skin by steaming it to open up your pores (either after a hot shower, with a facial steamer, or by covering your head with a towel over a bowl of hot water) otherwise you will become yours DAMAGE skin. It is also recommended to use a serum or sheet mask afterwards to unclog pores and nourish the skin. They are numbered and the leaflet lists how to use each tip, but I've written the appropriate numbers on the list in the leaflet to make it easier to remember which tip is for which purpose. The tool itself has 3 different suction modes, the first being the gentlest and the third being the strongest. It is best to start with the smallest tip at the first suction level and work your way up to a larger tip and stronger suction level. I have drier and more sensitive skin, so I only had to use the two smallest attachments in the first suction mode. The kit also includes extra O-rings and round jaws. You need to change the jaws, which are inside the tool under the attachments, after each use. It has extra features and you can wash/clean used nibs afterwards to be able to use them again. There is a trick to setting clues. They don't press directly against the tool, they must be rotated to hold the o-rings in place. Each of the tips has a small round indentation and there is a round pin on the tool itself. You'll know the tip is properly adjusted when the notch lines up with the round pin on the tool. The instrument itself is pearl white, of considerable size and weight, it doesn't look cheap. It fits perfectly in your hand. It's also rechargeable, which is good, so you don't have to worry about cords and outlets when you want to use it. The kit also includes blackhead removing tools as a gift. I don't have to use them, but I see how they can help with particularly stubborn acne or clogged pores.
