I couldn't wait to get this massager. I needed something that could massage my neck and back without holding it down. While I'm working from home, I basically sit in my computer chair for hours and just lay it on the chair and let it massage my back while I do my work. It keeps my back from getting stiff and makes me feel great. I also use it for thighs, calves and neck. Spins in 2 directions, has a heating mode and speed control. When used for calves, thighs, neck, knees, or other odd positions, it has straps on each side that you can slip your hands through to help you keep it in place. I've been using it almost 5 times a day for the past month, sometimes 2-3 times a day for about 30 minutes each time, and it's helped me a lot. I can actually cut back on use as it really helps, but love how it relieves pain and tight muscles that I just use a lot. It comes with a decently long power adapter.
