I'm a nightclub manager and security guards buy big packs just to listen. I sure thought since it was a bit more expensive and looked good quality it would be better. I was very wrong. All I do is connect it to my HM-220 external speaker microphone and use it to hear what's going on during gigs and events. Worked for 3 events. We do not have consecutive events. So the first week everything went well. It took 2 weeks and it worked, it took 4 days and it worked. Now it doesn't work. Sometimes when I rotate the 3.5mm jack you can find a "gold spot" and it will work. But it's garbage. I bought a pair of Klipsch Reference R62 IIs and not only do they sound better, they perform 10 times better. Unfortunately I have a piece of junk that only worked 3 times, now they don't work at all. The headset was tried on several remote mics and they still did the same thing. So it's not a mic, or I'm pretty sure Klipsch won't work either. Suggest you just go to the police gear store and buy something good quality.
