Review on Crest Design Daypacks Backpack Rucksack by Lisa Kruit

I want to love this backpack. It looks amazing, feels great and was designed by a women's company. However, when I received it, it was covered in protruding threads, and more were falling out with each wear. After a week of ownership one of the buttons on the front broke. The main pocket zips up regularly, and the water bottle pocket seems big enough to hold a pliable plastic bottle - I couldn't fit any of my refillable water bottles in there and have tried several different designs. 3 stars because it sits high on my back, still looks good, and can hold a very reasonable amount of items.
