Huge disappointment on pillows and positioning aids
Follow directions and tumble dry before use. It turned into lumpy cotton balls! You can feel every lump through the pillow lining. I was very happy about it and am now sending it back. I've been hearing about how great these pillows are for a few years and now I think it's all nonsense. I will not recommend them to anyone. I was planning to order two more (for my parents) and that quickly changed.
