I was able to make a comparison with much more expensive blue light blocking glasses. When I change my phone's blue light filter, the screen becomes a darker amber. There is practically no difference when wearing these glasses. However, when I tried more expensive blue light filter glasses, there was a significant difference that mimics my phone's blue light filter. If you're looking for a decent pair of glasses that doesn't do anything, these are probably for you. However, they didn't seem very comfortable to me.
