So I read the reviews and I was ready for a good toy. But I really really wanted this for my son and nephew. I received it and assembled it with the same ease as regular Step2 toys, which shouldn't be particularly difficult, but not easy either. I always use a drill to drive the screws in step 2, although it says to do it by hand. I also started enlarging the holes that the water flows through from the start. The first time was played by a 1-year-old son and a 4-year-old nephew. She was disappointed with this toy. "Water not getting to the right places when it's pouring down?" Yes, I know the reviews said so. "But why doesn't this hole fit?" I don't know, but it said in the reviews. Needless to say, the reviews were pretty accurate. Totally normal toy. My son and nephew play with it. My biggest disappointment is that other Step2 water toys with the same connectors as this toy will not work with this device. I have several Step2 water components that I thought would work but they don't fit. Some lame.
