Update: Customer service read this review and reached out to me apologizing for my experience. They gave me a partial refund and assurance they would work to fix the issue with the batteries to make a better product. I was very impressed by their customer service.I was so looking forward to using rechargeable batteries especially at Christmas with all the lights and toys, but these seem to be a little on the chunky side and often don’t fit properly if at all in battery cases. I tried to put fully charged batteries into the lot Christmas decoration and had trouble squeezing them in and then the connectors failed to connect. Sadly this decoration is not going to be lit this Christmas as I don’t want to buy regular batteries. Never had this issue with standard batteries in the same decoration. They do seem to fit most toys though. So strange.
