Good value for the cost, don't seem to leak like others do

I'm cheap, I don't like to buy name brand batteries. I also don't like to buy super cheap batteries like those at the Dollar Stores - that's a recipe for having leaky batteries in your valued electronics. I decided to give these a try about a year ago, and I'm sold. They are a great value, occasionally going on sale for wildly low prices, but even normal prices are below most batteries on the market. In the past I've had issues with batteries leaking in the flashlights I'd leave in my cars for…

Pros
  • Great little battery
Cons
  • It seems average on longevity.

If you want batteries that don't leak buy these!

I have been using EBL batteries for about two years because Duraleak and Leakagizer have failed me several times and destroyed expensive equipment. I bough EBL based on the reviews and yes I read all the 3 - 1 Star reviews. Almost all of them are people complaining about them not recharging or leaking after they charged them. These are NOT rechargeable batteries and they should never be put in a charger! If you use them like normal AAA batteries these batteries don't leak. The Power Density is…

Pros
  • Fast delivery. Works like brand name batteries.
Cons
  • Packaging may not be recyclable

Great deal in my review

I just put them in my mouse .so I don't know how long they last and I use them for battery operating lights so I also don't know how they are for gaming

Pros
  • Perfect
Cons
  • May not be suitable for high-volume usage

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Seemed to have plenty of power.

These actually seemed to give a little brighter bulb in my flashlight and seemed to last as long as name brand batteries at a lower cost. So good bang for the buck. I would buy them again.

Pros
  • Batteries work!
Cons
  • May not be compatible with some battery-powered toys

Darn Good Batteries.

I use a lot of disposable batteries and for years picked up name brand batteries at the discount superstore thinking these name brands were best with respect to longevity and resistance from leakage. I first tried EBL batteries a few years ago and found they are every bit as good as the name brands. I'm using EBL AA, AAA and 9V batteries now in all my remotes, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, flashlights, toys, timers and digital scale without ever having a problem or seeing a battery leak…

Pros
  • value
Cons
  • Not rechargeable

You get what u pay for!

Not mad about longevity not being, you know, .very long. However, what do you expect from the price. Im very happy with these batteries. They are a great value.

Pros
  • THIS ITEM IS EXCELLENT
Cons
  • May be difficult to identify when they are at the end of their shelf-life

Great batteries good for me

I didn't know what to expect buying these batteries. I'm not a fan of generic batteries. I bought these for my office to use in our keyboards, mice, clocks, remotes, etc. These are fantastic batteries! I originally bought these batteries because they are designed to not leak. I have had way too many batteries leak in our devices (Ray-o-vac mostly). I cannot confirm that these batteries don't leak but I have not had one leak yet, so far it seems to be true that they don't leak. I'm buying these…

Pros
  • Great value but does not last as long as Duracell.. but for this price they are plenty good
Cons
  • May not be suitable for backup purposes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The only AA batteries I have found that never leak.

I gave up on Duracell years ago as they always leaked, especially in my kids toys. Of late Energizer also seems to be going down hill and leaking on occasion I saw all the reviews on here saying that these batteries don't leak, so I took a chance. It's been 18 months and about 40 batteries later and so far not a single one has been pulled out of a Toy or other device and shown a sign of leaking. I am a happy camper! As for battery life they seem to be right up their with your average Duracell…

Pros
  • These Batteries are awesome. Life of the battery is beyond my expectations !!
Cons
  • May leak if not stored properly

Revainrating 5 out of 5

nice batteries, good value

no problem with the batteries, they don't have expiration printed but it looks newly stocked. also nicely packaged in packs of 4 so I'm not worried about if one leaks it would ruin all others. I have bought Duracell before but that leaks like crazy and often ruin things for me - the expiration is 10 years in the future and they still leak, so what's the point?! I have switched to rechargeable for 90% of cases but for some applications like smoke alarm it requires 1.5V and the 1.2V rechargeable…

Pros
  • I buy this brand in all sizes and they work great.
Cons
  • Not ideal for camping or hiking trips

a very good Batteries & as good as leading name brands

I've been using the EBL batteries for a few months including the Rechargeables, they work very well & head to head with the high priced leading name brands, save money use them & give it a 5 stars later

Pros
  • Good value for the money, I’m using for general household
Cons
  • These are priced right, but do not last as long as I had hoped.

Good batteries good for me

Usually, we buy another brand AC/Delco, but Revain was out so we bought these. EBL seems better than the Dollar store plus brands and for the number of batteries, it's a good buy if Revain is still out of AC/Delco when we need batteries again we will purchase them again.

Pros
  • does not last more than a month in my keyless door lock at front door.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to rechargeable batteries

Great for my toddlers toys

These are a great value for the hundred and one toys that require batteries my toddler has. Seem to last just as long as most other batteries and costs way less!

Pros
  • Good item. P.C. batteries.
Cons
  • Not as reliable as other battery brands

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Did not test all. But those tested passed

Before I put them in my battery organizer I randomly tested both AA and AAA to see battery strength. All were good and passed. None showed red or dead. I was happy.

Pros
  • So far so good Ive bought this brand before no problem!
Cons
  • May not fit all AA battery adapters

Don’t waste your money -update

I bought these for my blood pressure monitor. Tried 2 sets, both died after one use . Definitely the worst batteries I’ve ever purchased . The Dollar store brands are even better than these.Update- I’m updating my review to a 4. I received replacement batteries which still won’t power my blood pressure monitor for more than one use but I tried them in my computer mouse and they have worked very well so my suggestion would be to use them to power items that don’t require as much battery voltage…

Pros
  • Price and lasts longer than any other I've tried
Cons
  • Not suitable for emergency situations

How I receive it in the package?

What i liked was the price. What I didn't care for is to receive all my batteries in plastic bag but have this not even a full looking box opened just like you see in the picture just thrown in there it's not even big enough to fit all these batteries in doesn't make any sense then I have package of 4 batteries that were opened😕atleast all the batteries are here.

Pros
  • wirks well and affordable for electronic gadgets
Cons
  • May not provide consistent voltage output

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Even better than the old ones I got.

I only buy EBL batteries. They last longer than any of the brand names as far as charge goes and the number of charge cycles. I just ordered new AA, AAA, and 18650s to replace my old EBL. I've had them several years and they still work good but it was time. I recommend these batteries to anyone if we get on the topic of batteries. I will never use another brand so long as this company is making batteries. I can promise you that you will not regret getting any EBL battery. They are a small…

Pros
  • Great product, great price
Cons
  • May not be suitable for long-term storage

Update Review Below - might be worth a Read

Contacted by this companies Customer Service and they replaced the defective batteries which I bought Oct 22nd Put them in Dec 1st when they didn't even last 15 nights. Will post again when I am able to see how the replacement batteries work. I'll have a pretty good test as I've used 16 in 8 Ikea Christmas Candles in my windows. I intend to keep them in the windows through February. Assuming they should last at 5 hours a night till then. At that time, I'll place another review. Until then I'm…

Pros
  • power okay. longevity okay for price
Cons
  • May be prone to leaking if damaged during transport

Dead/Alive - my new review

Lasted a week in a wall clock / changed my review because when they saw this review they sent me a new package, very cool never had that happen before.

Pros
  • These batteries are long-lasting, great value. Will buy again !!
Cons
  • Packaging may be difficult to open

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No expiration date: my feedback

I don't know how these batteries perform as I have no idea how to test them, but I am disappointed that they don't have an expiration date on the batteries, or even a date when they were manufactured. I sure hope they don't leak like an entire package of EverReady batteries that still had a long way to go before they expired did when I opened the package up recently. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that they perform as expected and won't leak until the end of their life.

Pros
  • Don't last very long..... Less money, less longevity....
Cons
  • Packaging may create excess waste
