I use a lot of disposable batteries and for years picked up name brand batteries at the discount superstore thinking these name brands were best with respect to longevity and resistance from leakage. I first tried EBL batteries a few years ago and found they are every bit as good as the name brands. I'm using EBL AA, AAA and 9V batteries now in all my remotes, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, flashlights, toys, timers and digital scale without ever having a problem or seeing a battery leak. And EBL batteries are much less expensive than the name brands, especially when purchasing quantities of 100 at a time. I noticed a few 1 star reviews here on Revain but I don't believe them and can only state these are "Darn Good Batteries".
