This is a great set. My son and I are big fans of Lego and MegaBlok, and there are so many of these that I had to set up a dedicated room in the basement as the sets were overflowing upstairs, and that's after sorting out about 75% of what was there right after construction for reasons of space. It's not difficult, but it's a bit challenging, like all these big kits. If you don't like reps, this set might not be for you, but chances are you wouldn't buy something like this if it were. You will be disappointed. The bags are numbered one through three, with many bags marked one, many two, and many three. But they are divided into floors, and there is a separate book for each floor. When it's done it looks great. We also have a detective agency, Assembly Square and London's Tower Bridge, so this desk looks amazing.
