So. I, like many others, received a modular power supply and lost extra cables. Years later I needed additional SATA power cables and for some reason at least for me it was very difficult to find the right cable for my power supply but this one worked and was exactly what I needed. Works as advertised and works well even though my PSU is NOT a Cooler Master (although I checked and compared the wiring specs for my modular PSU and it matches the Cooler Master it was designed for so I knew I had pretty good chances would have). I also checked the side SATA pins with a meter after plugging them in just to make sure I didn't fry anything.
