They are very flexible in their pricing model, they have good rates for both individual users as well as large organizations like ours (we pay about $15 per project). The customer service is also really great! I don't think there's anything that we dislike so far - other than maybe not being able to use them with certain platforms or programs? Overall it has been pretty easy going through this process thus far. We're using verbalizeit to translate many different types of documents from our business applications into Spanish and Portuguese languages, but some specific things require specialized skillsets which means having someone who knows how to do those kinds of projects take over. The best feature is that you can translate any file/document in your computer into different languages. It's very easy to use, I think it will help me for my college work since i'm doing research papers and stuff like this. There are some minor bugs but they're not too big issues. If you need translation services then go with them because their service is worth using. They have helped me so much when translating documents from english to spanish or vice versa.
