First of all, the product is excellent. It comes with a long tether that I can wear in my pants or under my shirt so I know my passport, credit cards, and cash are not only safe but easy to access. It's also nice to have the confidence that no one can "step over" me and just steal my information. I received the item fairly quickly, 5 days, and the product is very light and appears to be durable. In the near future I'm planning to travel to Italy which is said to be a crime zone so it's very handy to hide money and other important things out of sight (my hair will hide the strap behind my head). . I was also so blown away by the great customer service. When I placed my order, Krystal, the owner of Travel Navigator Accessories, personally emailed me to say that she wanted to thank me for purchasing from TNA and that I could always contact her with any problems . I was so pleased and shocked that a day or two after receiving the product I sent a thank you email saying the product had arrived and I was very satisfied and she replied to me almost immediately. This is the kind of customer service we so desperately need and I will definitely buy from them again if the need ever arises. I'll report back after the trip if anything happens.
