So so SO disappointed. This bag is beautiful and very affordable. Super high quality leather, metal, material all around. Even the interior is made of soft fabric, not the shiny plastic found on other budget wallets. The size is perfect, not too small and not too big. I liked that the outer leather felt softer than one of those super tough faux leathers. BUT. You sent it so badly. Not sure if this is due to Revain or poor packaging from the sellers. but it couldn't have been packaged any worse. The wallet was stuffed into a box that was too small for the wallet. So they folded the bag like a paper grocery bag and left a HORRIBLE crease on the back of the bag and it wouldn't stand up! In addition, the handles were deformed. After many attempts to bring the bag back to its original shape, the folds did not disappear and the handles did not move. So sad to be back. I hope they don't ship all their wallets this way because this wallet is definitely worth buying if it weren't for the packaging.
