I'm giving it two stars simply because I like the style of the wallet. The item comes in a smaller box than the wallet, so it will be folded and the wallet will have a very very rough crease. I'm past my month and want a refund. I thought the wrinkles would smooth out over time, but that didn't happen and time eluded me. Looking for the best bag.

I love this bag. Someone even asked if it was a branded bag! Exactly like the photo, I just wish I had a better idea of how big it is before I bought it. Goes with everything and more. It's a bit heavy when full, but that's because of how much I can fit in. I've added photos to show how much stuff fits and how much room I have left, even with all my essentials in my bag. VERY HAPPY :)

I can't say enough good things about this bag. It's the best I've ever had! He blows my $90 out of the water! I got so many compliments on it. I was shocked at the excellent quality for the price. The outside zip pocket is great for my phone so I don't have to rummage through the whole bag. It has more than enough space and compartments for what I take with me. I could try other colors and just get rid of all the other bags in my "shoe and handbag closet". Yes, I have one just for these items!

The wallet came folded in a box with no instructions on how to remove the fold. Hanging the wallet with heavy things for two full days, and the crease was almost gone. In addition, the black lining in the upper part of the wallet is slightly damaged and a white "lint" sticks out from under it. I've seen a few previous reviews of this wallet saying it came in a box that was too small and I was hoping mine would be different but of course the wallet came crumpled in a box that wasn't there. over 3 inches tall. Because of this, the wallet had significant creases on both sides. I managed to put a small pad in and stretch the crease a bit, but it's still a little noticeable. The handbag is very good, strong, beautiful etc. It was meant to stand upright but has been folded for transport. Luckily the crease on mine isn't very noticeable and I put a couple large containers of sanitizer in it when it arrived to make sure it didn't crease. I think being hot during shipping helped the material stay flexible, but I can see how this method of folding for shipping can completely ruin it. So so SO disappointed. This bag is beautiful and very affordable. Super high quality leather, metal, material all around. Even the interior is made of soft fabric, not the shiny plastic found on other budget wallets. The size is perfect, not too small and not too big. I liked that the outer leather felt softer than one of those super tough faux leathers. BUT. You sent it so badly. Not sure if this is due to Revain or poor packaging from the sellers. but it couldn't have been packaged any worse.
