The handbag is very good, strong, beautiful etc. It was meant to stand upright but has been folded for transport. Luckily the crease on mine isn't very noticeable and I put a couple large containers of sanitizer in it when it arrived to make sure it didn't crease. I think being hot during shipping helped the material stay flexible, but I can see how this method of folding for shipping can completely ruin it. One of the handles is slightly bent from shipping but like the crease, not so much that I don't like it. I would give it five stars if whoever came up with the shipping packaging hadn't lost common sense.
