Bought for the convenience of wireless charging. So it just arrived, was excited, opened it up and wanted to test charging before installing it in my 2018 Q5. The packaging looked nice, but I noticed a rattle when I removed the charging pad. I plugged it in and nothing, the power light is on but it won't charge. I turned it upside down and it tried to charge my iPhone X. So I opened it up and the wireless pad was lost in the case and not where it should be. I tried again next to the phone and it still didn't charge the phone. I tried removing the case from the phone and it charged. What good is a wireless charger if it doesn't work in a protective case. This is a product that cannot be bought, looks good but is of poor quality.
