Because of the many benefits offered by these headphones, I've already purchased a second pair (they are on a wire, with magnets, with ear pads, the sound is not bad, etc.). The difficulty, though, is that the microphone begins to function in an unsatisfactory manner, and the only sounds that are picked up are those of the surrounding environment rather than my own voice. There were also issues with the laptop. On my laptop (which is a Dell), the bluetooth would interfere with the wifi connection. Hence, I had issues with the Internet connection whenever I was conversing on Skype, Slack, or Zoom, and the only way I was able to fix these issues was by switching to a different pair of headphones. Everything else is ok. These headphones are comfortable for me only when I'm using my phone, and I've only used them for the past two months.
