Review on HP Pavilion 23Xw Backlit Monitor: Full HD 1920X1080P, 60Hz, HDMI – J7Y75AA#ABA by Jim Vitale

The monitor looks great and works fantastic but when mine arrived there was a small piece of cardboard stuck to the screen. When I tried to carefully remove it, the screen was scratched where it was. I hope to come back and order a new one because it's really nice! Update: I received my replacement monitor and will be returning the scratched one soon, but that has its downsides. Because it's so big it's difficult to go through the whole repackaging process so I'll probably just call it good but I'm disappointed I can't get a perfect product for my money. Something seems to have gone wrong with the packaging or the manufacturing process of these monitors. The replacement monitor (same product) had a spot on the screen that I was able to remove with a microfiber cloth, but it also has some black spots on the screen. lower silver frame and white border. I don't think I'm being too picky when I say that when you buy something brand new it has to arrive in brand new condition. Also the transparent packaging covering the floor of the booth was dirty as if it had been roughened. Luckily, as far as I can tell, it didn't affect the part under the packaging. So far the monitor is working great and it would be great if it weren't for the issues.
