my daughter has to carry all her books and folders as her locker is on one side of the school where all her classes are on the other side and cannot reach the lockers in the short time the bell rings. She filled it to capacity and it looks like it's been holding up since we got it. She likes space, comfort, wide shoulder straps that are more comfortable on the shoulders and lots of pockets. The pictures I share don't make up half of what she's carrying in this bag. Because it's the end of the school year and she's turned in most of her books etc. In one photo she has a digital camera with detachable lens and cables, in another her folders and folders, and in another photo about 15 pens and pencils. Much more space in your pocket. We'll see how it holds up next year as we've only had it for about a month. I'll come back to that later.
