Product is great my daughter loved it for Christmas I had problems with the delivery which was her UPS they delivered the package and left it outside where they shouldn't have left my package, in which it ended up stolen was only five minutes outside, i called ups they gave me a lot of problems, i contacted the seller, the seller contacted ups to make a claim without even hearing from ups, they approved and sent me a new speaker, I rate the seller 10 stars. I will definitely buy products from them again. Customer service was fantastic! They worked quickly and communicated quickly to ensure my daughter got her Christmas present! Thank you!
