JBL FLIP 5 Waterproof Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Squad (Renewed) Review

The previous version of this JBL model has been with us for a number of years. Long enough to make me decide to buy the latest version of this design when the first one failed. I still have Boston Acoustic HD9 bookshelves from the early '90s, but they don't punch like mobile Bluetooth. You have to stand up or it rolls, that's my only problem. Given the compactness, this is good for the sound. Powerful enough for our purposes.

The product is great my daughter loved it for Christmas I had problems with the delivery which was her UPS they delivered the package and left it outside where they shouldn't have left my package it ended was stolen from the outside for only five minutes, i called, they gave me many problems, i contacted the seller, the seller contacted ups to file a claim without even hearing from ups, they approved and sent me a new speaker. This JBL Flip 5 sounds great across all genres and has powerful sound. I bought a Revain refurbished product and it looks brand new and sounds great. The Flip 5's sound is solid and you can really hear the bass. The highs are slightly different. In addition, the mids are slightly emphasized and the bass is clearly emphasized. My first JBL product received as a Sony fan. After comparing it to the Sony XB33, I realized how much I like this speaker. The JBL is definitely louder than other speakers for its size, it's compact and the sound quality is pretty good.
