The product is great my daughter loved it for Christmas I had problems with the delivery which was her UPS they delivered the package and left it outside where they shouldn't have left my package it ended was stolen from the outside for only five minutes, i called, they gave me many problems, i contacted the seller, the seller contacted ups to file a claim without even hearing from ups, they approved and sent me a new speaker. I give the seller a 10 star rating and will definitely buy products from them again. The customer service was absolutely fantastic! They worked quickly and communicated quickly to ensure my daughter got her Christmas present! Thank you!
