Their product design/marketing team is super amazing and very responsive. As far as their staff and resources go, I have no complaints. I've done a lot with DemandLab which included multiple campaigns. They are very professional and responsive. I've worked with other vendors as well and I like the fact that they have multiple packages to fit any budget or need. This allowed a lot of flexibility. I highly recommend them. They can go a long way. Their customer service team really came through for us and helped us with any questions. I can't think of anything in particular that I disliked. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a great team to work with and amazing customer service. I used them for our direct mail campaigns as well as webinars and presentations. They are great at what they do! I have used them in the past for some simple email outreach but this was my first time using them for more complex B2B lead generation. The team is very responsive and always willing to help with any questions or concerns that you may have. We were looking to generate leads from various sources including social media posts, blog articles, etc. Their services really helped us get our message out there as well as build relationships via their database.
