Easy to use interface with all major providers like Google Drive or OneDrive are easy accessible from your mobile phone - no need additional applications/plugins! Support is fast (usually within 1-2 hours after contact) but sometimes not sufficient enough if you have deeper questions in particular scenarios which would require some research time first before getting support help needed.- Some features aren't yet available via API's provided by third party service provider so they can only be used when logged into our account from web browser instead using an application itself;-) Great product even though I'm working at another competitor now!! We want to make sure that users data stored online always stay private while complying their current legal requirements regarding storing user information about them e..g.:GDpr etc.,.
