I left for 4 years in Kraken 7.1, I only changed ear pads. Excellent ears. I don't understand the reviews about the very poor sound quality. Perhaps audiophiles left reviews, but as for me, the sound is excellent even to listen to music and watch movies. But most likely, the majority faced the problem that they had the wrong device selected in the audio output device, and therefore the sound seemed flat to them. 2 devices actually appear: the chat headset headphones and the Razer speakers. You just need to choose speakers and everything will be fine.
