First I would like to say the good things about this water bottle. Has an attractive look. It's a good size - big enough to hold a fair amount of liquid but not bulky. It keeps liquids at the temperature they are at for a long time. The seal, once closed, is leakproof. Now I say negative. It's just one thing, but it's almost a deal breaker. It's difficult to drink from a bottle without unscrewing the cap. It's not a clean flow through the lid if it's just ajar to drink. And if you use it to sip your drink while running, or your child uses it at tennis or soccer tournaments or similar events, neither of you will want to unscrew the lid every time you want to freshen up. Drink. This is such an important aspect of the water bottle that I can't give it more than three stars for lack of it.
