Syringes are NOT filled with large amounts of bleach.
This product works very well when you have whitening trays professionally made by your dentist. The problem is that the syringes aren't big and don't fully fill with bleach. I would recommend buying 3 packs to start with if you are going to bleach for a while. Otherwise great product!
