The goods are normal, money is not wasted!
They are spreading false information regarding the height, which appears to be the height of the pillow. It is a waste of time to pump because the pump itself does not have an off switch. In most cases, it was purchased for guests as a precautionary measure. Appropriate for the purpose. Acceptable given that I bought it for 2.7k.
