Smelly and slightly slippery
At least you need a large nozzle for an ileostomy, not 8-10 drops like the other two brands I've used. Despite this, it performs a limited task (in terms of efficiency and duration between emptying) of odor elimination. But it does make cleaning the end of the bag a little easier, making it harder for things to stick.
