Just tried this powder. The first impression is good! The smell of the dried product is very chocolaty and does not have the sugar-sweet smell of artificial sugar. I mixed it with water and visually it looked creepy at first. It doesn't turn into a thick, creamy smoothie like those that have a lot of carb-filling ingredients. The powder looked kind of sticky and I was afraid it wouldn't mix, but it eventually dissolved in the water and wasn't clumpy or sticky at all. The end result was pretty watery because I used way more water than recommended. It didn't taste bad at all. Stevia makes a big difference in taste for me. Aspartame causes vomiting and nausea, but stevia does not. The smell when mixed is a bit off-putting because it has that weird cheesy-milky smell that Dry Whey without fillers has, but it tasted like watery chocolate. Overall very happy with this product!
