It is very easy for me as I am not familiar with technical words, so it was easier for use in our team because we are looking at data from different aspects which helps us understand how users engage with content across channels & platforms. Also they have great support when you need assistance regarding their products or services. Not much but if there's anything that would be improved about this product then maybe more features could help like surveys etc. They do provide good customer service through tickets/chat sessions whenever required hence I don't think any complaints related to them. Analyzing user engagement metrics over time & comparing those numbers against competitors allows my business to fine tune its strategy for success!
