Just a terrible product, very upset.
In February 21, I bought s21 ultra 5g for 256 GB! I have been to the service center more than once due to a factory defect! They refuse to change to another (serviceable) one, they say that only if it is impossible to repair, then a replacement! And what a fig then after repair all the same problems? And because of the remoteness, you have to send it to Hong Kong for service, fortunately not at your own expense! But that's at least two weeks! I had to buy a new phone for temporary use, but apparently I have a spare phone for a long time! Cause it needs a refurbishment
