Not a comfortable chair. It only looks pretty. I got this chair for my home studio/office. It was awkard to assemble. We discovered that the shaft that supports the chair from the base does not fully extend, so the chair always looks like it is too low. We spent quite a bit of time trying to "fix" the problem only to discover it is typical of this product and other customers have had the same experience. The "low rider" effect this creates leaves my knees at a bit of an uncomfortable angle as I cannot raise the seat high enough for my comfort. The seat is hard and flat. The angle of the seat also tips forward a bit and it never feels supportive under my thighs. I also experience some back and forth rocking of the seat even though I checked that everything was tightly secured. The back of the chair is almost completely flat and offers no real lumbar support. Compared to other gaming chairs that are durable, comfortable and adjustable I feel this chair fails to measure up. The only claim I can see is that it has the stylish markings of a game chair but none of the comfort. There is a saying "you get what you pay for." Maybe save your money and invest in a better quality option. I could not find a way to contact the company to share my concerns or get a different chair. Update: After owning for some time I find this chair contributes to my back and neck pain. Even adding cushions fails to bring comfort. The seat shifts abruptly without give. Chair is very stiff and inflexible. It is like sitting on a broken school bench.
