I have very server arthritis in my hand wrist and forearms and have tried many over the counter and nothing has worked complete they would relieve pain for a short time but it would always come back. I bought these bracelets and almost at the time I put them on the pain went away. I thought it was musta placebo effect. But it has been over a week almost two and the pain is still gone.
