Review on 🔧 Enhanced CP3042 Canister Purge Valve by Standard Motor Products by Dany Hamilton

This canister is an OEM product as it bears the Nissan logo. Before purchasing this part, I passed the state emissions test and initially failed with two trouble codes: P0455 and P1448. I purchased this along with a Dorman 911-502 vape canister purge valve fitted to this canister (this product does not come with a purge valve and is not a purge value per se - the description is incorrect but the picture is correct). After hooking up the purge reading to the canister, setting it on my car, and clearing the DTCs from the ECM memory, I was able to transmit emissions with all monitors, including the evaporative control system, in the 'ready' state. The factory service manual states that before diagnosing the adsorber, the purge valve must be checked and/or repaired. As far as I know, all I had to do was buy a bleeder valve.
