Probably works great but I've just opened it up and it looks like it's been used before and is missing the bottle that was used for cleaning. The cutting head is completely oiled up with tiny hairs stuck to it. There is also a bunch of pink sludge in the packaging that could be oil coated in the cutter head as well. After reading a number of great reviews on this product I'm honestly just disappointed in the poor quality of the product I received. I didn't order a used item but it looks like I received it and it's a little frustrating as it's a personal care product.
