Review on πŸš“ Exploring with Melissa & Doug Patrol Cardboard Blocks by Kevin Young

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Arrives flat and folds and packs away to build any block. Strong together

This is a lovely set of cardboard cubes, not unlike the ones I had as a kid. I don't expect them to last forever since they're cardboard, but they're surprisingly durable for something cardboard. The outside is a colorful print that doesn't differ much from the appearance of a colored box. box for toys. Please note that they are all completely flat when they arrive and you will need to fold them up and fill the valves. The build took a really long time - maybe an hour to get everything done and you also need to keep your eyes on what you're doing. I suggest creating a podcast, audio book or whatever as it is boring and time consuming. Once assembled, they take up a lot of space. It's fun for kids, but it's very annoying to keep them in the house when not in use because they're so big and take up so much space. My kids couldn't build them even though they tried. My kids loved the fact that they came in different colors too as it gives you a chance to discuss colors and they loved putting them in a rainbow order when putting them together. This is quite a fun toy for all ages. It's easy for 2-year-olds to pick up and move around, and I liked that unlike the traditional wooden block, it's not dangerous when they throw it like a projectile with other kids. looked like a watchtower and forts. The "dogs" that go with him are such a joke. They had to give some plastic or something with a lot of foldable sides like blocks. They are only folded in two parts and don't even stand up and you can put your hands in. I don't think these dog parts will last a week if that's the case. I think it's a good toy but I wouldn't consider it a good gift unless you know people really well because it takes a very long time to assemble and once assembled they take up so much space and storage space. Overall I would recommend them.
