I was so afraid to order this after reading all the reviews. So I'm going to share with you my honest, unbiased experience. The delivery was quick and the package wasn't heavy at all. The mattress comes rolled up and you need to roll it up and remove the plastic to inflate it. There was a slight smell of foam when unrolling, but as the mattress inflated it disappeared. It took about 12 hours to fully inflate and I didn't have to "hit" it or do anything to fully inflate it. I put a sheet on it and it's pretty hard. My six month old baby sleeps well on it and doesn't sink into the mattress at all. Overall very happy with it and would buy again - and a night for my dog. I wish everyone had the same experience but I had no problems.
