Thought it was a little fancier than it is. You put the round part in the bag and it holds the bag open so the milk can drip inside. It works and not having to wash extra bottles is great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bag would sometimes overflow with milk and almost slip out of the circle and fall on the floor. Luckily I always noticed it in time. Other than that, I really like this product.
