It worked wonderfully in my children's room for the first few months. We use it three times a day to clean - it has since lost its absorbency, leaving water behind and taking multiple passes to achieve anything satisfactory. I need replacement parts - and all I can find are dealers - none with the parts I need. If you want to fix something yourself, order it!
