Looks like the picture, nice and soft. It's just not practical for me. I have to change diapers several times a day and it makes no sense for me to pay for a pad. Here's just one more thing to buy that isn't needed. And without it, it really doesn't last more than a day or two. It wears out quickly, but at 1 1/2 years it won't last long. Ultimately, it's cute, and if you're ready to shop for earbuds, then these are for you. Otherwise, a washable cover makes more sense.
