Review on Delta Faucet Foundations Single-Handle Kitchen Sink Faucet, Chrome - Timeless Elegance for Your Modern Kitchen by Devin Girard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good inexpensive blender

We bought this to replace a Moen faucet that was nearing the end of its life. Moen was a good faucet, but not designed to be easily repaired or removed without removing the sink. Trust me, taking it off without removing the sink was an epic adventure, in part because it used a custom connector and mount that I hope I never see again. putty or sealant unless your sink is very unusual) and two large plastic nuts underneath. You *may* need a sink wrench to tighten the nuts once the sink is installed and there just isn't room between the sink bowl and the back of your cabinet. But if you've ever installed or removed a traditional kitchen sink, then there are no surprises here. This faucet does not come with plumbing, which is no surprise but a minor inconvenience. Lay new supply lines before dismantling the old fitting if you are replacing it. The old ones might still work, but you'll probably get better pressure with the new ones. Otherwise this faucet works great, is quiet and has a good flow. It looks good and seems solid enough. The atomizer is above average. The control lever is very light, giving it a "cheap plastic" feel if you're used to a chunky metal lever with a lot of resistance, but it works well. It just doesn't take any effort.

Pros
  • SPRAY AWAY MESSES. Powerful body spray combined with retractable hose makes cleaning up kitchen clutter easier
Cons
