I live in the high desert of Colorado near the Utah border. We get a lot of sun here and I love to go for walks outside. I have quite a lot of sun tops. Like others in my collection, this one, although long-sleeved, will keep you cool even on hot days. This is achieved through rapid drying. Hm? You speak. Evaporation is key. When you sweat, the special fabric absorbs moisture. When it dries, it cools you down. Of course I wash these tops for washing as soon as I get back from a hike. This machine is excellent for washing delicate items of the same color in cold water. Most of my tops are sweaters. This is more like a jacket with a full zip in the front. For me the size was too small. It's stretchy and if you want it to fit just take your normal size. If like me you want them to be a little looser, go up a size.
