I have tried and used at least 8 or 9 other oil filter removal tools and this ARES 56028 Universal Oil Filter Wrench is absolutely the BEST. If you have a stuck oil filter that seems impossible to remove, THIS tool will do the job! Every other oil filter wrench I've used slips, bends, or is useless. This ARES 56028 Oil Filter Wrench GRABS the filter firmly with metal teeth, and the filter can be easily removed. After using this tool a few times, I threw away every other oil filter wrench I had. As a general rule, oil filters should not be tightened so much that they cannot be easily removed, but if you run into a real bug, this ARES oil filter wrench will work every time. The tool is high quality, inexpensive, I recommend it to everyone!
