Specs are incorrect, product is poorly made and designed

I have ordered an IFull m.2 drive for my NVMe drive. The disc is rated 3k r/w and will perform as such when mounted internally. I have previously bought a case from a manufacturer and it only did 1,000 R/W. I sent the case back. This drive is rated for 10g R/W. So when it ran slower than my other case, I was VERY disappointed. The two photos show problems with the hull. Faster specs are due to my drive being mounted in it, slower settings are by this case. Not good. You also cannot do without tools, you need to use pliers to pull out additional mounting screws. And if you use the thermal paste and close this thing, good luck opening it one day. Shit, avoid it like the plague, it should be better.
