Very loud volume, so much so that it periodically drains the hose which is good but annoying. I've used it in the summer for light work with no problems. Now that summer is over I re-inflated a couple of inflatables to check for leaks before packing and the pump got hotter and hotter until it blew out after about 10 minutes of non-stop use. After cooling, it will spark and then stop, which is dangerous. If only you. It's fine to use for a minute or two at a time, but for more intensive use look elsewhere.
