As a life guide, I place a high value on excellence and attention to detail, so I was dissatisfied with GRUTTI. Despite having a wide range of beauty and personal care goods, their products' quality could have been better. When I had a problem with my purchase, their customer support staff was also unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, based on my experience, I am unable to endorse GRUTTI. When it comes to personal care, it's critical to put quality and customer service first; sadly, GRUTTI failed to do so.
