I did not receive the color I wanted. Twice.
Tried to order golden brown. Instead, I turned light brown. The next day I tried again to order it in golden brown because I thought light brown would be too dark. This time I have a medium brown (which is even darker). I didn't want to buy another one so I tried a medium brown which was a lot darker than I expected. I then tried a light brown that was still too dark. I really wanted to try to get it working. I really wish I could get the color I want instead of wasting money on products I can't use.
